    • All products are made to order and will take 3-4 weeks to ship within the USA.


  • Return Policy:
     
    • There is a 30-day return policy for any product.
    • All shipping costs related to returns are covered by the buyer.
    • Refunds will be issued once the product is successfully received back by the company.


  • Shipping Information:
     
    • All purchases are provided with a tracking number within 8-10 days of placing the order.


  • Customization Services:
     
    • If requested, we can provide a video of your product being manufactured to showcase the craftsmanship and process.


  • Engravings:
     
    • Engravings on products are free of charge.


  • Certificate Discount:
     
    • The IGI certificate can be excluded from a purchase in exchange for a $50 discount on the total price.
